Hey moms and dads. With a full-time career wouldn’t it be amazing if you could build a profession, see your kids during the day, and find affordable, safe, and nearby childcare? We promised a new reveal, so here it is…our new parents get to have it all! At WBCP, we are thrilled to announce that we are now Kid-Friendly and provide subsidized childcare for our growing families!
With a rapidly growing team comes more parents with childcare needs, so in 2022, we started our WBCP childcare. Okay, okay – so some of you already knew this, so what is the big news? We are expanding and growing our childcare and moving it to our new location in Rogue River. We are in the process of converting a 100-year-old dark and dank basement into an amazing fun-filled space where our kids have lots of room to have fun and grow when we Move on Down the Rogue!
Our employees with children find comfort in knowing their children are in good care throughout the workday, and if something comes up, they are only a few seconds away. And, there is nothing like hanging out with our WBCP kids to boost morale and make the day better for us all!

We are having a blast designing our new kid-friendly space which will have a life-size play kitchen, a special sleeping room, a track for kids to peddle around and burn off some energy, and a special reading nook for all the amazing books we can’t wait to read together.
